Here I am, standing at the party table with the chips and dip in front of me, and the fresh fruit to my right.  So what do I put on my plate and why?

Is this a question that finds you feeling conflicted?

Though we know healthy food is good for our body, we often pick junk food if given a choice. Why do we do this? Why do we prefer to have the chips and dip instead of fruit salad?  Why do we want to satisfy our taste buds and hunger pangs at the cost of our entire body?

Because we think junk food tastes better and is more satisfying.
