Are you having a hard time planning a romantic Valentine’s day that will be healthy and guilt free?

Valentine’s day can be healthy and romantic with a little bit of planning.


Dinner is always appreciated when it is home cooked, so prepare a nice piece of wild caught salmon, which is full of omega 3 fats, or a lean hormone-free cut of meat.  Add color to your plate with organic greens, which are a rich source of minerals (including iron, calcium, potassium, and magnesium) and vitamins, including vitamins K, C, E, and many of the B’s.


Roast sweet potatoes for a little sweetness to your dinner, and they contain potassium to help maintain a healthy blood pressure.


Of course, a nice glass of red wine to accompany your dinner will complete...
